Our meal plans are below. If you need help deciding which plan is best for you please use the chat below or contact us.

Our ordering system works a little different because we change our menus every delivery.  How it works is you purchase a plan below, then go into your secure customer site, then choose the delivery date you would like, then we show you which menu is for that date, at this point you choose your meals.

Prices are for one full day of food and include taxes and FREE DELIVERY Ontario Wide (where we can get meals to you in one day).

For ease of comparison we have included approximate total daily calories for each plan.

Women typically choose from regular sized meals and men from large.

Delivery for Ontario Wide is Tuesdays (Wednesdays after holiday weekends).

We deliver in insulated coolers with ice to keep your meals fresh, all in a box for shipping. We also wrap meal containers in groups for extra protection. Unfortunately we can not get the cooler back.
