I have a food allergy, can you accommodate me?

If you have a life threatening allergy we do not recommend our service. For other allergies and intolerances the answer is yes and no. At this time we don't offer an ability to exclude certains foods on an individual basis.  But we do offer 9 choices per meal so if you are willing to select your meals and check the ingredients every time you will be able to select the best meals for yourself.

What size plan should I get?

You should always seek the advice of your doctor before changing your diet significantly like our meal plans. If you want to lose weight fewer calories is better to a point.  You don't want to be hungry either.  Our plans utilize snacks to make sure you are not hungry throughout the day.  We recommend starting with a 3 meal and 2 snack plan for your first program.  If you find you are hungry, add a snack, too much food, drop a snack on your next program.

Are your meals healthy?

Our diet is based on calorie and portion control making sure you eat the right foods in the right amounts. Our meals are made and delivered fresh so the sodium is kept low. We never add trans fats to any of our meals. Our fresh meals are prepared by our chefs with as many fresh, sustainable, local and organic ingredients as possible.
