What if I forget to choose my meals?

For local delivery (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph) you will still receive meals, the computer makes default selections so you will never miss getting meals. We send 3 reminder emails before the deadline if you haven't picked all your meals. For Toronto to Hamilton and Ontario Wide we will send a reminder the week before that you have not ordered any meals so you have chance to place an order.

What if I need to make a change?

You have access to our very user friendly customer site to manage your account and make all your changes. For Waterloo Region and Guelph you can easily make changes to your menu and book days off from your calendar. For Toronto/GTA and Ontario Wide you can create and change your orders on your custom pag and time before the dealines. For A La Carte please email us, we will be happy to help as long as it is before the ordering deadlines.

What are the ordering deadlines?

For Waterloo Region & Guelph the deadlines are:
  • Friday @ 1 pm for Sunday late afternoon / early evening deliveries
  • Monday @ 1 pm for Wednesday late afternoon / early evening deliveries
For Toronto to Hamilton
  • Friday @ 1 pm for Sunday late afternoon / early evening deliveries
For Ontario Wide the deadlines are:
  • Friday @ 1 pm for Tuesday daytime deliveries
  • Monday @ 1 pm for Thursday daytime deliveries

What is in your low carb (diabetic) diet?

For all meals, regular and large, we have 28 - 32 g of net carbohydrates.  Our large meals gain calories from increasing the protein, not the carbs, actually we do this for all our meals.  Snacks are little trickier. They have between 1 - 10 g of net carbohydrates, you will need to check these when selecting.

How do you prepare Gluten-Free?

We work hard to make it difficult for you to tell something is gluten-free. For the menu items marked Gluten-Free we use NO:
  • White Flour
  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Durum Wheat
  • Graham Flour
  • Triticale
  • Kamut
  • Semolina
  • Spelt
  • Wheat Germ
  • Wheat Bran
  • Rye
  • Barley
We do use PURE oat and no wheat soy sauce.

What if I need to stop the program for a while, for say a trip?

Absolutely no problem. For Waterloo Region & Guelph just book your days off for the period you are gone before the usual deadlines.  If you are going for an extended period let us know and we will hold your account until you return. For Toronto to Hamilton and Ontario Wide just don't place an order or you can delete an order before the usual deadlines.

What if I want a refund?

No problem, but we will be sad to see you go though. We ask for a 10% of the total order cancellation fee and any meals in production or delivered will not be refunded. The best thing to do is book your days off then call us so no delays and remove the possibility of getting meals you don't want. The day pricing will also be adjusted for the closest price plan to the days delivered. For example, if you sign up for 30 days and wish to leave after 6, those days will be assessed at the higher 6 day rate. Is your site safe?

We use high level encryption just like the banks when sending data from you to us and back.  No one will know about your brownie addiction, or your credit card. We actually don't store your credit card ever on our site. Our credit processor stores all that info for us, they are PCI 1 compliant. When you enter it in we get a token (a bunch of random characters) and we send that to them to request a purchase. We don't sell or rent any individual customer data ... ever!
