Our ordering system works a little different because we change our menus every delivery. How it works is you purchase a plan below, then go into your secure customer site, then choose the delivery date you would like, then we show you which menu is for that date, at this point you choose your meals.
Prices are for one full day of food and include taxes and FREE DELIVERY for our Toronto to Hamilton area (Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington & Hamilton).
For ease of comparison we have included approximate total daily calories for each plan.
Women typically choose from regular sized meals and men from large.
Delivery for Toronto to Hamilton is Sunday evenings from 4 pm til approx 9-10 pm.
We deliver in insulated coolers with ice to keep your meals fresh. We take back the cooler on your next delivery.
Busy in School or work and can’t be home? Live in a condo or apartment that is difficult to deliver to? Would prefer pickup for any reason?
No problem – we have pickup locations across the GTA (and beyond) for your convenience!
Just put a note in your signup which pickup location you prefer and we will set it up. Pickups are Mondays except for Hamilton which is Tuesday.
